§ 33-8-9 - Administration of partially intestate estate.

SECTION 33-8-9

   § 33-8-9  Administration of partiallyintestate estate. – If a will which disposes of only a part of the estate of a testator is admittedto probate, the executor of the will, or the administrator with the willannexed, shall, unless otherwise provided in the will, and except as providedin the second clause of § 33-8-8, be ex officio the administrator of theintestate estate, and shall give bond to cover all his or her duties.
