§ 33-9-4 - Appraisal of property.

SECTION 33-9-4

   § 33-9-4  Appraisal of property. – (a) The property comprised in the inventory shall be appraised by the executoror administrator.

   (b) Upon the petition of any party in interest, the court mayappoint one or more appraisers to value assets of the estate specified in thepetition. The appraisers shall be sworn to the faithful discharge of theirtrust.
