§ 1941k. Prior disposal of facilities as unaffected
The sales, leases, or other dispositions made prior to the enactment of this Act [Aug. 7, 1953], pursuant to section 9(b) of the Rubber Act of 1948, as amended [section
1928
(b) of this Appendix], shall not be affected by this Act [sections
1941 to
1941y of this Appendix].
