Exclusionary Rule

a constitutional right providing the fact that if certain evidence was obtained illegally, it is not admissible as evidence in criminal proceedings

The forcing of a person to give up property by use of violence, fear, or pretense of authority.

The arrest and delivery of a fugitive wanted for a crime committed in another country.
