An executive decision of a government which has no been subjected to a
legislative assembly.
Out-of-court Settlement
An agreement between two litigants to settle a matter privately before the court
has rendered its decision.

1) providing a decision on a case that is in
opposition to previous decisions 2) reject an opposition in a court proceeding
3) to nullify or make void
