Bishop v. GajeskiCivil No. 11,150 Meschke, Justice. John Bishop and his daughter Gloria (by her mother as her guardian ad litem) sued Gene Gajeski for assault. The trial court awarded $7,853.10 to John Bishop for their medical expenses and awarded $5,000.00 to Gloria for her injuries.
