Bunce v. Sahr v. LinkeCivil No. ll,366 VandeWalle, Justice. Kim Sahr appealed from the judgment of the district court of Ward County dismissing her third-party complaint. Sahr asserts that several findings of fact were clearly erroneous and that as a result the trial court erred in certain of its conclusions of law. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P. Gerald W. VandeWalle Meschke, J., did not participate in the decision.
