City of Bismarck v. DeCoteauCriminal No. 950157 Per Curiam. Randy Earl DeCoteau appealed from the judgment of conviction entered upon the jury verdict of guilty of driving under suspension in violation of section 12-10-06 of the Bismarck Code of Ordinances. DeCoteau argues that he did not have actual notice of the suspension orders issued to him. We affirm under N.D.R. App. P. 35.1(a)(3), (4), and (7). See N.D. Cent. Code 39-06-43; State v.
