John Harris appeals from a county court judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of driving while his license was suspended in violation of Bismarck ordinance § 12-10-06. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(1) and (3), N.D.R.App.P. With regard to Harris' claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, we are unable to conclude from a review of this record that his trial counsel was constitutionally ineffective. See, e.g., State v.
