[¶1] Danial Curtis appeals his criminal judgments entered after a jury found him guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol ("DUI"), driving under suspension or revocation, and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. He argues the City of Fargo did not present sufficient evidence to convict him of DUI and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Concluding there was sufficient evidence to support the convictions, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3). [¶2]Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J. |
