City of Fargo v. KnodleNo. 20100004 Per Curiam. [¶1] Steve Knodle appeals from a criminal judgment entered after he was found guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Knodle argues the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction because there was no evidence his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit at the time he was driving the vehicle. We conclude sufficient evidence exists to support the verdict and summarily affirm the judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3). [¶2] Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J.
