City of Minot, North Dakota v. GeigerCriminal Nos. 890009 and 890010 Meschke, Justice. Rhonda K. Geiger appealed her convictions for driving under the influence and for driving under suspension. Geiger argued that the policeman had no articulable and reasonable suspicion of a violation of law when he stopped her vehicle. We decided the same issue in Geiger v. Backes, (Civil No. 880319; filed 8-15-89). We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(7). Herbert L. Meschke
