City of Minot v. HolbachNo. 20070042 Per Curiam. [¶1] Mitchell Holbach appeals from a criminal judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of criminal trespass. Holbach argues the district court abused its discretion in allowing the late endorsement of a witness and denying his motion for a new trial.
