Delzer v. AndersonNo. 20080206 Per Curiam. [¶1] Richard Allen Anderson appealed from a civil money judgment entered in favor of Gregory Delzer and Mary Ann Delzer. On appeal, Anderson argues the district court abused its discretion in denying his motion for a continuance, and the district court's decision to grant summary judgment was not supported by the record.
