Per Curiam.

[¶1] Arnold Truax, Thomas Truax, and Gary Truax appealed from a March 2007 judgment denying their February 2007 motion under N.D.R.Civ.P. 60(b) to amend a May 2006 judgment in an action involving the administration of a trust of W. Donald Truax. A motion under N.D.R.Civ.P. 60(b) is not a substitute for an appeal, Production Credit Ass'n v. Dobrovolny, 415 N.W.2d 489, 492 (N.D. 1987), and we affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
