A. Jill Feist appeals from the order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of North Central Data Cooperative on Feist's action alleging (1) sex discrimination, (2) wrongful termination based on public policy exceptions to the at-will employment rule, and (3) breach of contract. We affirm under First Nat. Bank of Hettinger v. Clark, 332 N.W.2d 264 (N.D. 1983); and Rule 35.1(a)(6), N.D.R.App.P.
