Per Curiam.

Holeman Limited Partnership, H.V. Holeman, Robert H. Miller, and William R. Fieldstead appealed from the summary judgments entered in each of the above cases by the district court of Williams County. We affirm both judgments pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(6) and (7), N.D.R.App.P. See Mandan Sec. Bank v. Heinsohn, 320 N.W.2d 494 (N.D. 1982); Bank of Kirkwood Plaza v. Mueller, 294 N.W.2d 640 (N.D. 1980).
