Kubista v. North Dakota Department of Transportation Civil No. 960245 Per Curiam. Wayne Kubista appealed from a district court judgment affirming the North Dakota Department of Transportation's administrative decision suspending Kubista's driving privileges for 365 days for violating Section 39-08-01, N.D.C.C.
