Matter of Wolff No. 20090210 Per Curiam. [¶1] Jeffrey Wolff appeals a district court order denying his petition for discharge from commitment as a sexually dangerous individual, claiming the State did not prove by clear and convincing evidence that he has serious difficulty controlling his behavior.
