McMechan v. EngstromNo. 20050235 Per Curiam. [¶1] Pamela McMechan issued a summons and complaint seeking to quiet title to certain oil, gas, and other minerals under land previously owned by her parents. McMechan appealed from a district court judgment denying her motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants.
