Rice v. Rice Civil No. 940176 Per Curiam. Wayne Rice appeals from a divorce judgment of the district court. He argues the district court clearly erred in determining his income for child support. He also argues the trial court's award of spousal support and other child-related expenses is clearly erroneous. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P. Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J.
