Roth v. GoldstoneCivil No. 880095 Gierke, Justice. The defendant, Michael Goldstone, appeals from a district court amended judgment dated December 14, 1987, which modified the child support provisions in the original judgment and awarded reasonable attorneys fees in the amount of $500.00 to the plaintiff, Stephanie Roth. Goldstone argued that the trial court's finding of a material change in circumstances requiring a modification of child support was clearly erroneous. Goldstone also argued that the trial court's award of attorneys fees was an abuse of discretion. We do not believe that the trial court's findings were clearly erroneous. Also, we do not believe that the trial court's award of reasonable attorneys fees was an abuse of discretion. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4) N.D.R.App.P. H.F. Gierke III
