Schiff v. North Dakota Workers' Compensation BureauCivil No. 920277 Levine, Justice. Vern Schiff appeals from a district court judgment affirming an order by the Workers' Compensation Bureau that the Bureau's rehabilitation plan complied with chapter 65-05.1, N.D.C.C., and that Schiff was not in compliance with that plan.
