Selleys v. SelleysCivil No. 880060CA Per Curiam. The defendant, Thomas Selleys, appeals from a judgment of the district court awarding the parties a divorce, dividing the marital property, and awarding supposal support to Georgine. The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2). No reversible error of law appears, and the trial court's judgment is based upon findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous.
