State v. CarlsenNo. 20070126 Per Curiam. [¶1] Cody G. Carlsen appeals from a district court judgment following a jury verdict finding him guilty of reckless endangerment under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, a class C felony. Carlsen argues the district court erred in its responses to two of the jury's questions while the jury was in deliberations. He also argues there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3) and (4). [¶2] Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J. |
