State v. DelaneyNo. 20090283 Per Curiam. [¶1] Bobby Delaney appeals from a district court judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of two counts of abuse or neglect of a child. On appeal, Delaney argues there was insufficient evidence for a jury to find him guilty of the crimes.
