State v. HalvorsonNo. 20060219 Per Curiam. [¶1] Shawn Halvorson appeals the district court judgment after a jury found him guilty of felony reckless endangerment. Halvorson argues the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction; however, eyewitnesses testified that he fired a shotgun into an occupied apartment.
