State v. Jimenez, Jr.Criminal No. 880312 Meschke, Justice. Enrique Jimenez appealed from a conviction of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He contended that NDCC 19-03.1-01(14) required the state to test the marijuana for tetrahydrocannabinols (THC). We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(7). State v. Weisz, 356 N.W.2d 462 (N.D. 1984).
