State of North Dakota v. McMorrowCriminal No. 920324 VandeWalle, Chief Justice. Patrick T. McMorrow appealed from a criminal judgment of conviction based upon the verdict of a jury which found him guilty of gross sexual imposition pursuant to section 12.1-20-03, NDCC. McMorrow alleges that the evidence at the trial level relating to the requirement of force as defined by section 12.1-01-04(11), NDCC, was insufficient to justify the jury's guilty verdict. The judgment of the district court is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(3), N.D.R.App.P. Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J.
