State v. MoilwaNo. 20070058 Per Curiam. [¶1] David Moilwa appeals from a district court criminal judgment sentencing him to four years' imprisonment with thirty months suspended for a criminal trespass conviction. Moilwa argues the district court relied on an improper factor in its sentencing determination. We affirm the district court's criminal judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4), concluding the district court did not abuse its discretion. [¶2] Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J. |
