State v. RetzlaffCriminal No. 870382 Meschke, Justice. Kelly J. Retzlaff appealed from his burglary conviction, arguing that the testimony of his accomplices was not corroborated by evidence that tended to connect him with the commission of the offense, as required by NDCC 29-21-14. There was corroborative evidence that connected Retzlaff with the burglary, in addition to the testimony of the accomplices. The trial court's verdict was supported by substantial evidence. Therefore, we affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(3). Herbert L. Meschke
