State v. RuppNo. 20040170 Per Curiam. [¶1] Richard Rupp, Jr., appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of attempted aggravated assault. Rupp argues there was insufficient evidence to convict him of the crime.
