State v. Spotted HorseCriminal No. 950421 Per Curiam. Emrick T. Spotted Horse appeals a criminal judgment entered after the court, in a bench trial, found him guilty of giving a false report to a law enforcement officer in violation of section 12.1-11-03, N.D.C.C.
