State v. StensakerNo. 20030204 Per Curiam. [¶1] Ryan Stensaker appealed from a criminal judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in violation of N.D.C.C. 12.1-23-06. He argues there was insufficient evidence to sustain the jury verdict. Because a rational jury could have found Stensaker guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on the basis of the evidence presented, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3). [¶2] Gerald W.
