State v. VasquezCriminal No. 980024 Per Curiam. [¶1] Reinaldo Vasquez appealed the criminal judgment and sentence entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of gross sexual imposition in violation of N.D.C.C. § 12.1-20-03.
