Dorothy Strege, as personal representative of the estate of Edwin Strege, appealed from a district court summary judgment dismissing her action against Loyalty Life Insurance Company to reform an uncompleted credit life insurance addendum to an application for credit executed by Edwin. We affirm the summary judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(6), N.D.R.App.P.
