Unterseher v. State Civil No. 930264 Per Curiam. Richard O. Unterseher appeals an order summarily denying post-conviction relief from his convictions for possession and distribution of controlled substances. Unterseher asks that we reverse for entrapment. "We review an appeal from a summary denial of post-conviction relief like we review an appeal from a summary judgment." DeCoteau v. State, 504 N.W.2d 552, 556 (N.D. 1993).
