(1977) A young man by the name of Harry Mimms was pulled over and eventually charged for possession of a deadly weapon. The ruling was later brought up to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in which the ruling was reversed in favor of Mimms, but brought up again in the U.S. Supreme Court and was then reversed to its original ruling.
