New reforms will also ensure the full prosecution of American employers that knowingly hire illegal immigrants without proper documentation. Lastly, new reforms will establish the need to shift its resources to secure the border between the United States and Mexico, and will attempt to reduce the inter-border crime; those that are bound for the United States will be inspected for guns and large sums of money.
