Expectation of Tenants in Property Magement
Property managers or superintendents that help monitor these properties need to have access to a tenants apartment at all times. Any changes in the locks that are used to secure a tenant's property must be made aware to property managers and superintendents need to have a copy of all current locks used. Any tenant that violates the terms identified in their leasing agreement can face legal action or possible eviction. Tenants are held strictly responsible to the requirements stipulated in their contact. If termination of their policy is needed they would have to notify their property managers immediately. As long as they are given fair notice, most property managers are negotiable for instances regarding termination.
